Ranveer Singh with statue of Freddie Mercury |
Bangalore, May 03, 2018 (Team Online News India): Ranveer Singh recently visited the French-speaking part of beautiful Switzerland – Lake Geneva. The actor was completely awestruck as he got to pay tribute to two of his all-time favourite icons – Charlie Chaplin and Freddie Mercury.
Channeling his inner comedian, Ranveer, dressed in a Chaplin get up, greeted visitors to the museum. He also did his own take on the ‘little tramp’ in this Chaplin Avatar. While at the museum, Ranveer also had a chance to meet with Eugene Chaplin, who is the comic legends son.
On the other hand, Ranveer paid tribute to Rockstar Freddie Mercury as he performed to one of Queen’s most famous tracks 'I want to break free' in front of Freddie's statue while dressed as the man himself.
Ranveer believes that the true measure of legends is staying alive in the minds of your fans long after you have passed. And we couldn’t agree more. Both the legends lived in Lake Geneva and believed that this gorgeous place was a source of inspiration to them.
Wonder if Ranveer keeps coming back to Switzerland to be inspired from this beautiful country just as his two favourite legends.
