"On this mothers day how could we forget our own Mother India so today we are here to salute our mother India and as women we promise to enable our next generation and will raise our kids in such a way that will make Bharat Mata proud. FICCI FLO Amritsar commemorating mothers day by celebrating Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav which started a 75-week countdown to our 75th anniversary of independence by installing the art piece "Maa Tuje Salaam" at Maharaja Ranjit Singh panaroma in the historic Rambagh heritage garden at the heart of holy city of Amritsar.
The art piece was concept visualized by Shikha Sareen chairperson FLO Amritsar doodled by Dr. Tavleen Sandhu a young medico and curated by Smiley Chaudhry a muralist. Staying true to the promise of she for she the art work symbolizes empowerment of the FLO members and showcasing their talent from the FLO platform. The art piece was unveiled by the S Karamjit Singh Rintu who graced the occasion as the chief guest. Double amputee dancing sensation rajesh enthralled the audience with his energetic performance. The very special singer Sameer Bhatara from Aagosh sang a beautiful song.
